Privacy Policy
The short version: we don't sell your data, we don't require an account, and we don't ask for personal information to read anything on this site.
Effective August 30, 2026.
What we collect
- Usage data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics, which records pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with pages. This data is aggregated and used to understand which articles are useful. Google processes it under its own privacy policy.
- Email you send us. If you email us, we keep the message so we can reply and follow up. We don't add you to any list.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
- We don't require an account, login, or payment on this site.
- We don't collect health information. Our content is informational; nothing you read here is tied to any profile of you.
Affiliate and sponsored links
Some articles mention products from companies we have a relationship with; those articles carry an inline disclosure. When you click an outbound product link, the destination site may set its own cookies to credit the referral. That happens on their domain, under their privacy policy.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's tracking protection, or install an ad blocker; the site works fine without cookies. To have anything we hold about you deleted, email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
